As winter softens and the earth begins to stir again, we are invited to reconnect with our bodies, our breath, and the quiet wisdom within us.

At the heart of this month is the Spring Equinox, a sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect balance.

Energetically, it is a powerful time to reset, release what has grown heavy, and plant intentions for the new season ahead.

Below you’ll find a simple grounding ritual for March, along with ways we can gather and work together this month.

🌱 Daily Alignment Ritual for March

A gentle grounding practice you can return to each morning or evening.

1. Ground

Take three slow breaths and feel your body supported by the earth beneath you.

2. Align

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Allow your breath to soften your body.

3. Listen

Ask yourself quietly:

What does my body need today?

4. Intend

Set a simple intention for the day such as:

• I move through today with presence.

• I honor my energy.

• I allow life to flow through me.

Even a few minutes of conscious connection can shift the entire frequency of your day.

🔥 Spring Equinox Ceremony Rebirth & Renewal

Join us for a candlelit evening honoring the balance and renewal of the Spring Equinox.

This immersive two-hour ceremony includes:

✨ Somatic breathwork

✨ Gentle movement and energy flow

✨ Deep guided meditation

✨ Immersive sound bath

✨ Hands-on energy work during the sound journey

✨ Massage therapists offering bodywork during the sound bath

Together we will release the heaviness of winter and welcome the renewal of spring in a deeply supportive space.

Intuitive Life Coaching

I currently have space for three new clients in my private monthly coaching container.

This offering includes:

• Four 90-minute sessions each month

• Deep intuitive guidance

This container is designed for people who are ready for consistent support and meaningful transformation.

I also offer weekly availability for energy healing sessions, both in person and remote.
